Mead
Traditional Honey
Our trademark Lovers mead is made with honey, water, yeast, and a ton of tender-loving care. We use a very light honey – either fireweed, mountain wildflower, or blackberry – and let it finish semi-dry. It’s rich and aromatic, with a pleasing honey finish. 13% ABV.
Blueberry
A blend of our mead and a blueberry wine made from blueberries grown in Whatcom County. It's rich, nutty, fruity and comes closest to resembling a traditional red wine. 11% ABV.
Rhubarb
Our traditional mead infused with fresh rhubarb. It's our driest mead. Tart and tangy. 11% ABV.
Wassail
We infuse our mead with a blend of cinnamon, ginger, cloves, allspice, peppercorn, and grains of paradise to create the taste of joy and happiness. 11% ABV.
Cider
Dry CiderHead
Our dry, crisp, English-style cider made with a blend of cider and culinary apples from BelleWood Acres in Lynden, WA. 5.5% ABV.
Blueberry
A strong, sparkling cider that is a blend of our hard apple cider and our Blueberry Mead. Fruity, nutty and tasty. 8.3% ABV.
Raspberry
A strong, sparkling cider that is a blend of our hard apple cider and our Raspberry Mead. Slightly dry with a bite of the raspberry. Winner of the Silver Medal at the 2015 Pacific Northwest Cider Awards. 8.3 % ABV.
